Privacy Policy

RAGE GROUP INTERNATIONAL ("FlightSeva", "we") operates b2b.ragegroup.in, b2b.ragegroup.in and biz.ragegroup.in. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our websites and services, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to retail customers (B2C), travel agents (B2B) and corporate users (B2E).

Information we collect

• Booking & identity data — traveller names, date of birth (where required by airlines), passport details for international travel, contact email and mobile number, GSTIN and billing details when you request a GST invoice.
• Account data — login email/mobile, hashed passwords, one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your WhatsApp/email for login verification.
• Transaction data — bookings, fares, invoices and payment status. We do not store your full card numbers, CVV or UPI credentials — payments are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway partners.
• Technical data — IP address, device/browser information and pages visited, used for security and to improve the service.

How we use it

• To issue tickets, hotel vouchers and travel documents — this requires sharing traveller data with airlines, global distribution systems (Amadeus, Travelport), hotels and other travel suppliers who fulfil your booking.
• To send booking confirmations, e-tickets and service updates via email and WhatsApp.
• To verify logins (OTP), prevent fraud and secure accounts.
• To issue GST-compliant invoices and meet legal/accounting obligations.
• With your consent, to send fare alerts you subscribe to, and occasional service messages such as review requests after travel. You can opt out of these at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or writing to us.

Sharing

We share data only with: travel suppliers as needed to fulfil bookings (airlines, GDS, hotels, transfer/activity providers); payment gateways for processing payments; our messaging providers for email/WhatsApp delivery; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention & security

Booking and invoice records are retained as required by Indian tax and aviation regulations. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. Card data is never stored on our systems.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to records we must retain by law) by writing to support@flightseva.com. For any grievance, contact our support desk at the same address or +91 63769 03248; we aim to respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember your searches. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on our booking pages.
